Google API Services User Data
When a user voluntarily connects Google Calendar, BOOK ON accesses Google user data only to provide the user-facing functionality requested by that user.
Data accessed
BOOK ON may access the following information from the userās Google Calendar:
* Calendar event titles
* Event start and end dates and times
* Event organizers and attendees
* Google Meet and conference information
* Private event properties created by BOOK ON for matching BOOK ON meetings with Google Calendar events
How the data is used
BOOK ON uses this Google Calendar data only to:
* Display the userās upcoming Google Calendar events in the CEO Meetings screen
* Create Google Calendar events and Google Meet links at the userās request
* Invite attendees entered by the user
* Match BOOK ON meetings with their corresponding Google Calendar events
* Delete a corresponding Google Calendar event when requested by the user
Storage and retention
Google OAuth tokens and Google Calendar event data are processed on the userās device. BOOK ON does not store Google OAuth access tokens or copies of the userās Google Calendar events on BOOK ON servers. Google Calendar remains the source of truth for calendar events and Google Meet links.
Sharing and prohibited uses
BOOK ON does not sell, rent, transfer, disclose, or share Google user data with advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or unrelated third parties.
Google user data is not used for:
* Advertising, including targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising
* Marketing or promotional profiling
* Determining creditworthiness or lending decisions
* Creating unrelated databases
* Training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence or machine-learning models
* Any purpose unrelated to the user-facing Google Calendar and Meetings functionality described above
Any general provisions elsewhere in this Privacy Policy concerning analytics, advertising, marketing, profiling, or sharing with third parties do not apply to Google user data obtained through Google APIs.
Security
BOOK ON uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data during processing. Calendar requests are transmitted directly between the BOOK ON application and Google APIs using encrypted HTTPS connections and OAuth authorization.
User control and deletion
Users can disconnect Google Calendar from the CEO Meetings screen at any time. Disconnecting revokes BOOK ONās Google authorization and removes locally held Calendar information from the application. Users may also revoke access from their Google Account security and connections settings.
BOOK ONās use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
